Video is the future of online marketing! In this highly structured workshop, participants will learn key messaging and value proposition techniques from Kevin Daum, the author of the best selling book ROAR, Get Heard in the Marketing Jungle, then practice capturing their own business messaging on video, as well as editing, scoring, and posting their videos online.
Participants will leave with all the skills necessary to make professional online marketing tools for their businesses, and well as an edited 3-minute video file of their own creation

Workshop Details
The hardest part about incorporating video into your business is taking the time to learn the process. This workshop allows 2 people each from 20 – 30 companies to learn how to make a video for their company from start to finish. Particpants will have the option to choose between making a video for internal use, staff training, sales and marketing, communicating with a specific group of audiences (exp: repeated clients or stockholders), and more.
In this highly packed and entertaining day, participants will learn how to:
- Extract a company message (Based upon ROAR! Concepts)
- Identify “Choke Points”
- Conceptualize video ideas
- Storyboard
- Plan the production
- Script
- Cast
- Shoot
- Edit
- Score
- Post to youtube
The RoaringVideo team of professional video crewmembers will guide participants through every stage and aspect of the video-making process. Additionally, working on 3 -4 videos aside from their own will ensure that participants will master basic video-making skills.
At the end of the day each company will have finished a 1 minute video and post it to Youtube. They will also have the skills, knowledge and ideas for several more.
